1. Overview

PromptMotion provides a curated library of premium hero section prompts, motion video backgrounds, and full website templates intended for use with AI coding tools and design platforms.

2. License

Active subscribers (Pro Monthly or Lifetime) receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the assets in unlimited personal and commercial projects. Resale or redistribution of the raw assets, prompts, or templates as standalone products is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Payments are processed by lava.top. Pro Monthly is billed automatically every 30 days until you cancel. Lifetime is a single one-time payment with no recurring charges.

You may cancel your Pro Monthly subscription at any time directly from your lava.top account. Cancellation stops future renewals and remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window for both Pro Monthly and Lifetime plans, provided you have not extracted, downloaded, or used the premium content. Refund requests must be sent through your lava.top account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, mass-download, or attempt to circumvent the access controls of the platform. Sharing your account credentials is not permitted.

6. Disclaimer

Assets are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. PromptMotion is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
